Terms of Use - TBillUSD

1. Acceptance

By using TBUSD tokens or services, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use TBUSD.

2. Geographic Restrictions

TBUSD is not available in:

OFAC-sanctioned countries (Iran, North Korea, Syria, Cuba, Crimea, etc.)
Jurisdictions where cryptocurrency is prohibited by law

Fiat on/off ramps (USD conversion) are available only in jurisdictions where our infrastructure partner is licensed to operate. Check infrastructure partner availability before using fiat services.

You are responsible for ensuring your use of TBUSD complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

3. Nature of TBUSD

TBUSD is a stablecoin issued through regulated infrastructure. Key points:

TBUSD is backed 1:1 by USD reserves
Reserves are held by our regulated infrastructure partner
TBUSD is redeemable for USD via supported fiat rails, subject to infrastructure partner availability and terms
TBUSD tokens do not represent ownership in any entity

4. Services

4.1 Gasless Transfers

Gasless transfer service may be rate-limited or discontinued at our discretion.

4.2 Agent Marketplace

The Agent Marketplace at tbusd.io/agents is a platform for posting and completing tasks ("bounties"). When you post a bounty:

Pay with Card: You are paying a service fee to post your bounty on the marketplace. This is not a purchase of TBUSD or any cryptocurrency. The fee covers processing costs and bounty posting.
Pay with Crypto: You are depositing TBUSD you already own into an on-chain smart contract.

Bounty funds are held in a smart contract until work is completed and approved, or the bounty expires. We do not sell cryptocurrency through the Agent Marketplace. The credit card payment option is strictly a marketplace service fee.

5. Risk Disclosures

TBUSD is not FDIC insured
TBUSD is not backed by any government
Cryptocurrency involves inherent risks including smart contract vulnerabilities
Regulatory changes could affect TBUSD operations

6. Limitation of Liability

TBUSD, Inc. and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of TBUSD tokens or services.

7. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of TBUSD after changes constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
